How returns work

  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
  3. For damaged or defective items, we'll send a free replacement or refund — no need to return the original.
  4. For change-of-mind returns, you'll cover return shipping. Once we receive the item in original condition, we'll refund within 5 business days.

Items not eligible for return

  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
